Welcome to Five Star Fast Track. We provide expedited VIP travel assistance at the Grantley Adams International Airport in Barbados, with personal one-on-one service.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please ensure you complete your online Immigration/Customs form (between 72 to 24 hours prior to travel)
The Immigration/Customs form is available at www.travelform.gov.bb.
Your Five Star Fast track representative will greet you just before you enter the arrivals hall. You will then be Fast Tracked hassle free through a dedicated Immigration line, escorted to baggage claim and on to a dedicated Customs line, before being whisked away to spend your time in Barbados, or wherever your travel plans may take you!
Your arrival service includes:
On departure, you will be met curbside at the Airport with personalized name signage by our Five Star Fast Track Representatives elegantly dressed in pink and black. Please ensure that you identify yourself to our representative who will escort you to the airline check-in counter.
Once you’ve checked in, our Five Star Fast Track representative will whisk you to the departure hall by clearing Immigration and Security through a designated Fast Track line. After clearing Security, you will then be escorted to your gate.

Once you’ve checked in, our Five Star Fast Track representative will whisk you to the Departure hall by clearing Immigration and Security through a designated Fast Track line. After clearing Security, you will then be escorted to the lounge. You can enjoy the relaxing ambience of the lounge which includes free Internet access and a fully stocked bar along with light snacks and sandwiches until it is time to make your way to the gate for boarding.
You can relax in the Airlines Executive lounge located in the Departure Hall which is open from 11:00 am – 8:00 pm and offers the following amenities:

Cancellation Policy:
a. Cancellations received 48 hours prior to arrival – No charge
b. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival – No refund
c. No-Shows – No refund
IMPORTANT NOTE: Children under the age of 18 who are travelling alone must travel on the airline as an Unaccompanied Minor, and must be met at the airport by a parent/guardian with government identification (driver’s licence/passport), and documentation to prove their relationship to the minor.
